Bob,

I was referring to the initial Sinclair Baltimore demonstrations during the 
summer of 1999 where they invited TV engineers from around the country to 
witness for themselves the differences between 8-VSB and COFDM reception. 
There was a very good first hand (albeit anecdotal)

You refer to the re-testing of the "transmitter monitor" after the ill-fated 
(some say rigged) NAB-MSTV tests.
