Of course it's true. You can't complain about patented designs, and then turn 
around and accuse IBM of this sin, but not Apple. Clearly, it was IBM that had 
NOT patented their IP strenuously enough, and lost out completely. As you 
repeated above, for emphasis. Unlike Apple, which continues to single-handedly 
control everyhting about the Mac, and the Mac is still an Apple product.

Nonsense. EVEN a PC running Windows is less walled, simply because Microsoft 
does not have a final say on what applications will be marketed. Consistency, 
Craig. When you are inconsistent, which seems to be the case often, your 
arguments lose credibility. I'm telling it like it is. I've never been the one 
to demonize patneted IP, on the other hand.
