[opendtv] IP crypto device providers, anyone?

All,
I'm looking for a hardware IP encryptor that can do IP encryption at
250+Mbits datarates for 1-way data broadcasts supporting FIPS compliant
AES. Does anyone have any good pointers besides the obvious (I'm not
looking for large-scale IP-CA or building my own (yet)) ones?
