Interesting statistics quote from the article:
"According to the Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) Tuesday,
roughly 3 million currently own digital TV with a penetration rate of 17.8
percent.
"The figure compares with 66 percent for Britain, 56.9 percent for the
United States, 36.6 percent for Japan, 29.4 percent for France and 20
percent for Germany."
The US is at a digital TV penetration of 56.9%? That must include Digital
Cable and Digital Satellite, because the Digital off air penetration is
nowhere near 5% let alone 56%.
