Yes, I remembered this, which why I think Jeroen said "at their own risk," in
this quote:
"We need to send the parameters of the HDR->SDR conversion as a light metadata
stream (ETSI standard), for enabling the exact inverse conversion. **Without
the metadata, it is just an SDR program. HDR-enabled TVs will probably try to
convert that into pseudo-HDR anyway, at their own risk**."
