I think if I were designing a small 4K production, I would look at
Blackmagic Design. I thought there switcher was going to support 4K but it
doesn't look like they can do it yet. But I believe their cameras do.

Can you recommend reasonably good quality camera, small editing switcher
and H.265 encoder all capable of processing 4K/60 at 10 bit per pixel?
Target is to create content for digital signage in commercial ProAV
installation.
