What does Forbes have to gain if this occurs?

An interesting question. They are an "information service" with roots in the
publishing business that is making the transition to Internet distribution. As
a magazine publisher they reached their readers on a bi-weekly basis; with the
Internet they have the ability to publish continuously.

There does not appear to be any benefit to Forbes if all spectrum is reclaimed
from broadcasters, so I would assume that they are simply "covering" the issue
as they do many industries.

What are they investing in for THEIR future?

Presumably to become a major source of business information and analysis,
likely to be delivered via the Internet.

Craig
