Maybe you're saying, "If the stations did not complain with the numbers provided to them by the FCC, then perhaps the stations had other reasons for not caring." Presumably, you're saying the stations prefer for people to lose coverage and to buy cable subscriptions. But even if that's true, was the FCC asleep? Or is the FCC also complicit in this attempt to get people on cable? The only good to come of this is that OTA users are being loud about it. Unfortunately, I don't bank on their staying power.
