I don't use Win8 for the TV, or for anything yet, but this was what I was about to reply. In every instance, what you want the Windows shortcut to do is to get you to the OTT site. Not to a specific program, movie, show, or whatever. Win8 uses tiles much like previous Windows used desktop shortcut icons. BTW, there's Windows Blue being rumored. I guess it's going to be Windows 9. Looks like it will allow the cartoonishly huge tiles of Win8 to be pared down to at least as much as 1/4 of their present size. All the better for use with large monitors, like TVs or desktops. I guess Microsoft saw that Win8 isn't as great as it could have been. They're still touting the same OS for lots of platforms. Same sales pitch as Win8, only more so.
