For the terminally, persistently, and proudly STUPID on the list, "no coverage 
changes for the DC stations" addresses only those going back to VHF.
 
It should have been obvious, given that we're talking about the 6 dB difference 
on any given channel. But what should be obvious can seem mysterious to the 
profoundly challenged.
