Using the same clear thinking the FCC exhibits in this decision, the FCC should
also remain silent on the subject of OTT sites and whether or not they must
emulate anything from the ancient past. The owners of content have the right to
approve or not any new and interesting distribution network variations anyway.
If the government forces these content owners to provide their stuff to nets
emulating an old business model, true competition will not result. Just more
half-baked schemes like Verizon FiOS.
