[opendtv] Eutelsat starts UHD (4K) broadcasts today

According to a (french) article here:

It would be quad HD at 50p using 40 Mbps with MPEG4 (surely, they mean
H.264).

But no real detail on this particular brodcast. However, it also states
that they are considering five 50p UHD channels on a 36 Mhz transponder
using HEVC in the future, each of them with a bitrate close to current
HD broadcasts.

This assumes the use of a DVB-S3 "standard". I'll put links for that in
