[opendtv] Downside of cord cutting

Responding to Monty's post kept giving me the annoying ecartis error, whatever 
the hell that might be.

The article seems to miss the obvious. If you cut the umbilical, the idea is 
not to become totally beholden to another similar umbilical. The idea is, you 
can find plenty of other sources or portals to give you what you want, or a 
close approximation.

So the guy cuts the cord, subscribes instead to Sony Vue, and now he complains 
he can't get CBS and CW? Huh? Either use an antenna or go online, for heaven's 
sake.
