I didn't read his original comment on the matter, but based on what
you say here, yes, I would disagree. NAB is no more responsible for
television STBs than they are for AM/FM radios, or even broadcast
transmitters.

You can UNSUBSCRIBE from the OpenDTV list in two ways:
- Using the UNSUBSCRIBE command in your user configuration settings at
FreeLists.org
- By sending a message to: opendtv-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word
unsubscribe in the subject line.
