Other than the point John made about the samples for 16:9 source
being wider than tall, it was correct. And as Kilroy pointed out,
there is also an issue with those extra 16 samples (720 vs 704) which
are supported in MPEG-2 MP@ML and for SD-DVD, but not supported by
the ATSC.
