The EFF has already won cases which are much like this one (SkyLink
Technologies).

Hopefully companies like this that try this sort of thing will lose all
their business and somewhere along the line they will learn.

StorageTek can take their seat in the corner alongside the Chamberlain
Group, Lexmark, and others...
