Not sure what you are saying here. 

Clearly Sling is a VMVPD service delivered via the Internet. By your 
definition, anything delivered via the Internet is an OTT site; this may well 
be true, but it does not mean that all OTT sites are the same and compete with 
one another. 

I was simply saying that it is in the best interest of the DBS operators to 
migrate their subscribers to the VMVPD sites they are developing, as this 
allows them to offer more than just linear streams and a limited number of PPV 
movies.
