Perhaps you missed your campatriots -- 'keep ntsc' -- who said that this
wasn't a good time to do the Wilmington, NC tests because there might be a
hurricane there sometime in the future?

there is no hurricane bearing down on Wilminton, S.C. at the moment.
But wait, the season runs until Nov.30, so there's still ample time
for people there to register a complaint.
