The only problem with your business model (albeit technically sound) is
that it is not a business model, but rather a piracy model.

The business procedure alone behind designing some sort of billing
model/system that would support 'cherry picking of any content using any
DRM from anywhere in the world' while still satisfying individual
providers' needs to have 'top billing' and all the other associated
complexities (like a unified interface without RealNetworks-style adware
gone wrong), is about enough to make one's brain explode.

Thats where the piracy model works so well -- the owners of the content
have zero control.
