Not exactly. It is a content silo that contains some exclusive content that is 
used to attract subscribers. A number of these already exist on the Internet, 
and the exclusive content in the MVPD silos is starting to move to the Internet.

By the way Bert, you love to call the iOS ecosystem and iTunes a "walled 
garden," when all they do us sell other peoples content. The only exclusive 
content they offer is an occasional song or a concert series they put together. 
The last time they did a concert series it was available FOTI.

If you must pay to view the content it is still walled Bert. Netflix is a 
walled garden. Hulu Plus is a walled garden. HBOGo is a walled garden.
