I don't care when they released a press release: it had no traction.

You now offer proof that it was EVEN OLDER than I stated.  

Sounds to me like this is a persona problem of yours: I don't do journalism
in this field.

The HD raido campaign started in some of the largest markets LAST year...

One of the key factors on the markets chosen was when the stations in 
the market were actually broadcasting HD radio. The campaign was 
expanded earlier this year doubling the budget and expanding the 
reach into smaller markets, like Gainesville.
