In addition to *more* sports, *more* drama shows, *more* movies, cable also offers *more* shopping networks, *more* repeats of old broadcast shows, *more* special interest shows, and *more* infomercials. What sold cable, what had guys chasing after the cable van back in the early 1980s, was largely the *more* sports.
