[opendtv] Big sticks

In spite of often using low power transmitters, here are some examples
of other big sticks (where "big" relates to HAAT) in some major
oft-mentioned urban markets. Note how they compare with their US
counterparts.
London
Crystal Palace - 313 m (1027')
Berlin
Alexanderplatz Fernsehturm - 365 m (1197')
Paris
Eiffel Tower antenna - 324 m (1062')
Rome
Monte Cavo (South, not counting tower) - 949 m (3114')
Monte Mario (North, tower and hill) - 269 m (882')
Tokyo
Tokyo Tower antenna - 333 m (1093')
Looks like more similar than different.
