So basically, Best Buy is simply reporting that their inventory of analog-only TVs is depleted!

sell a tv set to a retailer unless it can receive digital signals.

Isn't this just smoke and mirrors?  Is it still legal to sell analog-
only TVs, or is just illegal to manufacture new analog-only models?
