How much screaming do WE do when the Chinese rip off our designs? Do we justify the ripoff when the US product was "never marketed in China"? The simple fact is, Galaxy phones had 16:9 aspect ratio, and iPhones did not. Now the iPhone 5 "rips off" the 16:9 aspect ratio from Samsung.
