Really, Craig? What is the percentage of people who want neutrality 
*guarantees*, and the percentage who do not?

If you didn't keep coming back with the most inane arguments, like you don’t 
even understand the most fundamental points, I wouldn't have to respond. But 
for example, you felt obliged to forget where the concept of net neutrality 
began, in your typical way of circling back to square one again and again.
