The first broadcaster to package up their content into multi-bitrate
clips and datacast them using 99% of their bandwidth (with a bit of lame
marketing-talk like 'podcast') == winner. The other 1% can be used for
MPEG still frames telling viewers still in the ice age where and what to
buy to view their VOD deliveries. Maybe they could even sell banner ads
on that. :-P
