The tide is toward broadband service. The small companies simply reacted to 
this fact earlier, as smaller companies tend to do. The same economics applies. 
You won't notice your narrative repeated in these articles, Craig. Asking more 
and more from subscribers, to pay more and more to the content owners, simply 
doesn't work.

If the system is self regulating, why did the FCC classify it under Title
II to regulate it?

Because what is self-regulating in this mix are the competitive OTT sites. But 
the locally-monopolistic broadband medium that these sites use is not 
self-regulating. Left to their own devices, they were already beginning to 
stifle the self-regulating competition.
