No Bert. I posted this because you refuse to understand that incumbents have a 
huge advantage in heavily regulated industries like cable and the telecoms. As 
this article pointed out, the cost to overbuild was already very high before 
the FCC reclassified broadband under Title II. Perhaps this reclassification 
does not matter, as it appears the economics behind overbuilds were marginal at 
best before the Title II decision; with Title II the risks of such an 
investment just increased.

Bottom line: it cost more than they expected, wireless did not come to the 
rescue as they thought it would, and customers did not flock to their doors.

And now the Incumbents have the comfort of knowing the FCC will protect their 
oligopoly and the significantly higher rates consumers in the U.S pay for 
broadband than in many other nations.
