Correction/clairification: The 152 (unique) digital TV channels does not
include the 84 Digital Simulcast channels which duplicate all of the analog
channels. QAM carriers are "roughly" assigned as follows: 7 HD, 2 shared
HD/SD, 6 SD for Digital Simulcast and 17 SD, for a total of 32.

My current TWC-San Diego system has 84 analog TV channels + about 152 digital
TV channels (carried on 32 QAM-256 digital TV channels) for a total of 119
channel positions for "broadcast" TV video.
