Once again you keep falling into the same old trap: you keep tying
the infrastructure and the service provided together.

Pay attention, Craig. If any aspect of the service cannot be competitive, then 
we have a problem. Any component. You have a habit of ignoring constraints, and 
not just in this argument. If you don't appreciate the constraints, what you 
say becomes unconvincing.

There is no incentive

Nonsense. The incentive is that when they are the only game in town, they have 
a steady job. Incentive does not need to be that they can gouge the consumer.
