The difference is that the 60's were when tax money went for 
infrastructure and
service, not WELFARE. That's all there is to it. The left wingers have won.

We all know how! Big Brother **DID** lend a hand to all of us, in those 
days,
in the unseen and unsung form of infrastructre. Today they want a very 
"seen" hand ...
to the special people at the welfare trough.
