Rule or exception?  (Would you like me to start listing films that are
created entirely or entirely (save sfx) on film?  I suspect my list just
from, say June 2004 would be longer than the list of ALL films done on
digital since day one.

What film projectors was L.A. Law playing on?

"Sidewalks of New York" was shot entirely with digital camcorders.  How
about
The Blair Witch Project?  There are many more...lots of independent films.
