I wouldn't envision the exact same cable channel would be broadcast in the
clear on DTV.  I would expect ABC to repurpose much of their vaults to feed
a second channel basically as a place holder, then use it for additional
sports on certain days.  Disney fare on weekend mornings, ESPN Classic-like
sporting reruns on weekend afternoons, etc.  It wouldn't take much
imagination to fill up such a channel, and in the scheme of ABC/Disney,
would cost a whole lot less than they are spending to deploy this Disney
MovieBeam crapola.
