I remember some years ago, when Kodak first introduced
Ektar 25 film. With regular size prints, even though
the grain of much faster film, like ISO 200, would
supposedly be unobjectionable, the effect with Ektar 25
was almost as if the negative were made of liquid. No
hint of graininess. Sharp as a tack.

Sometimes these things are hard to quantify.
