So then not a single person buying a DTT capable display today (which
is 50%-ish of all TVs being sold) is using or even trying off-air
reception? Hard to believe, no? If nothing else in the sales
channel informed the person of it's DTT reception capability,
wouldn't information in the user's manual?

If you buy your first HD display today, what's the fastest way to get
an HD signal on it when you get it home? Surely SOME of these buyers
must "get it"!

So, it's either NOBODY is trying it, or it works well enough that
nobody is complaining. Occam, anyone?
