[openbeosnetteam] select() support for OpenBFS.

Sorry for cross-posting, but this is relevant for the net team too as
Unix ports will usually use select on sockets and file descriptors
(they're the same, actually).
I just added select() support for OpenBFS. it is not tested but it
should work. Note that it does not work with the FSKit.
