I'll do it. I'm thinking netperf which besides abusing the stack also gives us real performance statistics, and allows us to test TCP and/or UDP. Netperf has been around for a long time and is a pure U*ix program (hopefully SCO won't try to claim ownership). I'm guessing that porting efforts shouldn't be overly burdensome.

So, it looks like we have a plan:

Scott: Getting netperf to run on BeOS for stack abuse purposes
                NetEndPoint?

BNetEndpoint is part of my commitment to finish libnetapi.so. With respects to the working on and developing the stack this should be considered an out of band task I'll work as time permits.

Also, I'll look in to developing some kind of multicast test(s). Did R5 support multicast? If not, then that will save me the effort.

Brennan: Adding to documentation and diagramming of the stack
Testing the net apps that we currently have, and documenting what happens (in progress)

Waldemar: PPP and PPPoE
                  Anything else?

What do you guys think?

Excellent!

Ciao,
Scott
