The BIND Philippe is talking about is not the ISC BIND nameserver/cache daemon
but the dns lookup libraries. If my memory serves my right there was buffer
overflow
issue in those about a year ago although that might have been relevant to GNU
libc
only. It's probably a bit confusing to refer to the libraries as ISC BIND.
