The entires under /dev would confirm this

I'd suggest removing Be's emu10k gear entirely - zip it up and then
delete the originals. This will prevent any serious problems. Both the
driver and the addon.

However, if Marcus needs an emu10k1 to fix any problems anybody else
is having, he's welcome to borrow mine - I can fall back to the i845
on my motherboard, which his driver supports. I just personally have
no problems with it under the Haiku media kit.
