[openbeos-build-team] Round 2: Servers

Hi,
everything in src/servers does have a Jamfile now. Some targets don't
build, but most of them don't build in the old tree either. I guess,
the best solution is to let the guys who know the sources have a look
at it.
I need some more sleep today. Therefore I leave the battle field to
others now.
