[openbeos-build-team] CppUnit update

Hey folks,
Here's an update on where I am with the CppUnit stuff:
+ v1.8 of CppUnit is checked in
+ Initial support for multi-threaded tests is finished
+ A barebones unified testing program with static linking is in place.
+ An example test with single- and multi-threaded tests is done
Left to do:
+ Some polishing up and a few other features for the multi-threaded
test code
+ Dynamic test loading
+ Integration of the existing tests.
