just a quick update for everyone; Life Touch is able to do photo sessions on
April the 23rd; I checked with Gavin and Cam and that date is okay so
Jodi Proctor, the Life Touch photographer, will be doing the sessions from
4-8; I also gave the info to Kim and she will be putting it in the newsletter
for April (see attached mini flyer);
families will contact me and I will fill in the schedule; the day of the event
Life Touch requires a volunteer to be there and assist with some admin duties;
ie. assist families to complete forms, take payment and give receipt, etc.; so
at the next PAC meeting if we could have people sign up to come out that
evening to help that would be great!

PAC received a package about the up coming annual general meeting for the
Manitoba association for parent councils in winnipeg. It takes place in April.
The information will be in the binder which is right inside the computer lab
door on the shelf on
the left if you would like more information.
Book Fair
I've attached a schedule of our volunteers and when they are coming in. If you
are available sometime, feel free to stop in and help!
There's a good chance the crew today will get everything set up so we may not
need an evening shift. However, if we do Lee and I will be there at 6:30pm if
you want to come and help! I'll let you know how it goes today.
We have some super awesome decorations made by our very own art club! They
have started hanging them up, and the students are pumped there is another book
fair coming!
11-12 is not covered yet on Friday, but I've had a few parents say they are
available if needed. I'm just waiting to hear back from a couple of people I
left messages with and then I will confirm. Lynda, Anne, Cam and I will be
checking in between conferences
and i'm sure one of us will be able to fill in if needed.
