Hey! The book for this month is "The Forger's Spell" by Edward Dolnick,
available through FCPL. It's about a man who was not a great artist in
his own right, but managed to forge Vermeers and pass them off. It's a
little heist, a little history and a lot of fun. Hope you like it. :)
Also, for extra credit, there are two copies of "Angel on Skis" floating
around the group. It's historical LDS fiction about a woman doctor in
rural switzerland at the middle of the twentieth century. And it's
written by my mom! It's an easy short read for a day when you don't want
to go out. :) Krescent and Raquel have those now, but they agreed to
pass them along so feel free to call dibs. It's also available on Amazon
for $3 for kindle if you like it.
