PRISM (Pittsburgh Region International Student Ministry) is one of Old
Union's mission projects, and they begin each school year with a "Garage
Giveaway" to welcome international students by helping them furnish and
equip their new apartments. In about six weeks we will deliver donated
items for this cause. They are looking for useful items in good
condition. Some examples are lamps, small electrical appliances, dishes,
silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, towels, bedsheets, blankets,
pillows, tablecloths, curtains, rugs, baskets, and office supplies. We
will soon begin collecting these items. Spread the word!
