Hey Guys and Gals,
Only heard back from Me'leke this time around but I've decided to once
again host the monthly meeting for this month. It will be at my place
_*Saturday the 26th*_ at _*2pm*_ till whenever the gray line
disappears. We will order out for pizza, Chinese, or whatever we all
vote and decide on to minimize food costs and as always _*BYOB*_.
Invite your friends and family, we got the ball rolling but let's not
rest on our laurels.
Our monthly T-Hunt will follow the next day on _*Sunday the 27th*_ at
*_2pm_* see y'all out there!
We will finalize plans for Field Day and I will be taking
contributions for supplies and gear we will be needing. *Sean* will be
our inaugural *Field Day Captain* and will be needing an assistant
(any volunteers?) for the two days. If you can't help with money or
equipment, your operating time will be just as valuable. (24 hours is
a long time to operate). We will also probably need a large cache of
water, sports drinks, & sodas to stay hydrated throughout the day and
night.
Things needed for purchase:
E-Z Up Shelter (shade) 10x10 or 12x12 (69.99-89.99)
Tables (rental?)
Logging Software (already authorized by the club at the last meeting
will purchase this week)
Things we can borrow:
Radios
Coax
Connectors
Antenna Tuners
Flood Lights
Power Supply
Generator
PC's (2-3)
etc.
