This group did our redistricting in 2010 and will be doing it again. They are

few years but the contract was not renewed. I don't believe we are looking for
another software (yet), but I am trying to find a consistent, simple way to
track and display our new metrics. Is it Excel? Is it a word document scorecard
uploaded to your campus portal? Do you have some other trick? Any insight you

COCC uses Tableau to display all metrics, including mission fulfillment or
Institutional Success Indicators... as we call them: Institutional Success
Indicators<https://www.cocc.edu/departments/college-planning/institutional-success.aspx>
For high level metrics, Tableau is great for visualizing a scorecard yet the
data Tableau pulls from is stored in an excel spreadsheet as the individual
metrics come from many different data sources. After a year of having the
Institutional Success Indicators, I can safely say the College is relying too
heavily on Tableau and needs to add context... a story component. We hope to
work on that this summer.
I'm happy to talk through all this in more detail.

I am wondering what mechanism/tools other colleges use to store, track, and
publish mission fulfillment metrics. We had a reporting software for the last
few years but the contract was not renewed. I don't believe we are looking for
another software (yet), but I am trying to find a consistent, simple way to
track and display our new metrics. Is it Excel? Is it a word document scorecard
uploaded to your campus portal? Do you have some other trick? Any insight you
could share with me would be helpful.
