Hi Nino,
I've included COCC's approach below. It is currently being reviewed/revamped.
If you have any additional questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Subject: [occcircore] Question about Program Reviews
External Email - Use caution with links and attachments
Greetings, everyone.
I was wondering if I could get some insight into how program reviews are done
at your respective colleges...
1. What is your current program review cycle? Programs, actually
disciplines, participate in program review once every 5 years. Last year was
the final year of COCC's inaugural five year cycle which is pretty amazing.
All but two programs have been through the process once so now there is wider
familiarity... we hope it gets easier. This summer we've been revising the
questions and updating the process and data set for the next five-year cycle.
2. Do you have a program review form/rubric you could share? We have
questions and suggested steps but did not have a rubric for the first five-year
cycle. I believe there will be one in the not too distant future that I could
send
3. Do you do AAOT emphasis area reviews differently (e.g. AAOT with an
emphasis in social science)? Do you use separate review forms/rubrics for
those? We do have questions more specific to transfer or CTE programs but
nothing as granular as AAOT emphasis areas.
Thank you so much! I appreciate your help!
Thanks,
Nino
