Hi everyone!
We’re going to begin a project to document our common metrics/indicators/KPIs
(e.g., headcount, enrollment, retention, etc.). Basically anything that
involves a calculation and is reported or monitored. What I plan to end up with
is a clear list – a Metric Menu, if you will 😊 – of how exactly each metric is
derived and in which cases each would be used.
I’m wondering if any of y’all have your metrics documented and can send to me
as examples to work off of?
