Hi Bill,

Thanks for keeping us organized!  COCC will be in attendance and May 12 works 
with schedules, give or take a possible early departure for me.

Agenda Ideas:

  1.  D4A data element updates and timelines (any and all, including MTM 
related) would be much appreciated. Since we have been in the process of 
training a new employee, we would greatly appreciate a group review of the 
document list in the D4A Submission Portal and possibly coming up with 
recommendations as to what may need to be updated/confirmed and what may be 
nice to have out there?  It might also be helpful to reconfirm communication 
channels so everyone is on the same page as to how updates are communicated 
(Directors, D4A, occcircore). Clearly Amy and Olga would need to think this 
agenda item is a good idea too. 😊

share our progress.  We could touch on the growing pains we are experiencing 
related to BI/data visualization/accessibility and get your good thoughts.

Greetings all,

At our last meeting we set the May 12, 2022 as our target date to hold on our 
calendars to meet.  Please advise if the status of that date has significantly 
changed.  I realize at times that larger meetings come about between our term 
to term timelines.  I will be proposing an 8am to Noon timeline for our meeting.

Similarly, it is a great time to send me in your proposed agenda items and we 
can flow into our next agenda.

For starters to the Agenda, it is time to nominate and/or appoint the next 
chair for OCCCIRS.  Also, Courtney Rasmussen from RCC has a CCSSE dashboard for 
sharing.

With all of that said, please inform me if we need to be considering a 
different date for our meeting and also send me in your agenda items.
